Jack completed a master's degree in education from the University of South Florida as well as a master's degree in hospital administration from Brigham Young University's Marriot School of Management. Additionally, Jack achieved fellowship status in the American College of Healthcare Executives in 1997 and is active in mentoring students in hospital administration. |

| Dr. Hurlbut has been the medical director at Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Fayetteville for more than 15 years. Dr. Hurlbut obtained his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. |

| Denice has been with HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Fayetteville since its opening in 1991, serving as director of therapy operations for the past 12 years. Her experience as a speech pathologist includes rehabilitation, acute care, home health and outpatient. Denice is a native of Northwest Arkansas. She received a master’s degree in speech/language pathology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. |

| Carol has 23 years of experience in the health care field. She received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and a master’s degree in health science/health services administration from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Carol also is a certified fitness instructor, presenter and personal trainer. |

| Chris is a Fayetteville native and has worked at HealthSouth Fayetteville for 16 years. The diversity of challenges in the operations field keeps daily tasks interesting. Chris states that his favorite part of working for Healthsouth is the occasional sight of someone without legs walking. |

| Miriam brings more than 19 years of nursing experience, half of which have been in nursing management. Miriam is from Georgia, where she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Armstrong State College. She is a certified rehabilitation nurse. Miriam has been employed with HealthSouth since 1996. |
